Mission
Liam Lives Foundation is a faith based, non-profit charitable organization, which seeks to provide counseling and supportive services to families who have suffered from pregnancy and infant loss due to early miscarriage, stillbirth, preterm birth, neonatal, and post-neonatal death.

The foundation also seeks to bring about community awareness and promote education surrounding the topic of pregnancy and infant loss to encourage dialogue and healing.
  

Meet Liam's Team
Dr. Tiffanie L. Williams, LCSW

Dr. Tiffanie L. Williams is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Williams received her Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in Family, Child, & Consumer Sciences in 2004 and later received her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University in 2008. She later attended Nova Southeastern University and obtained her doctorate degree in Health Sciences in 2016.

She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and has provided mental health services for over 8 years. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., The National Association of Black Social Workers and is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.

She enjoys traveling, working out, and engaging in thrill-seeking activities such as bungee jumping and skydiving. She is defined by her strength, resilience, tenacity, quick wit, ability to make others laugh, and loyalty to family and close friends. She hopes to use her personal experience with pregnancy loss and her knowledge in the field of mental health and health sciences in order to increase awareness surrounding pregnancy loss and infant death and its impact on families.

Founder/President
Dr. Lee H. Williams
Dr. Lee H. Williams is a graduate of Ribault Senior High School in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from high school Dr. Williams entered into the United States Air Force in 1982. After 8 years of dedicated service to his country, he received an honorable discharge as a disabled Veteran from the United States Air Force.

Dr. Williams then began a career in the auto industry as a salesman and quickly advanced to a Finance Manager after one year in sales. He was then promoted to Sales Manager and continued to ascend the auto sales ladder to becoming a General Manager of his own dealership in 2001. Dr. Williams retired from the auto industry in 2009. While in the auto industry, in 2001, Dr. Williams started a real estate investment and property management company-TLM Enterprises of Jacksonville, Inc. where he continues to serve as President and CEO. 

Dr. Williams obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Logos University and his Masters of Ministry degree, as well as his Ph.D in Theology from  Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently Senior Pastor and Founder of Freedom Christian Community Church, established in May, 2010. 

Dr. Williams is the proud father of three daughters and three grandchildren. 
Vice President
Darlene Richburg
Darlene Richburg is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from William Marion Raines High School. Mrs. Richburg is married and is the mother of 4 successful adult daughters and one son in high school. She is the grandmother of two princesses, and two princes, one (Liam) of whom, God chose to add to his kingdom. 

Mrs. Richburg currently works in retail management and is a professional model and actress having been trained via Sessions Modeling and Talent Agency in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Richburg is the Executive Assistant for the Miss Charisma Pageant, which has afforded her the opportunity to pour into the lives of young women. She understands that every good and perfect gift comes from God and she continues to glorify him with the gifts he has given her. Her favorite pastime activities include listening to music, dancing, and sitting on the beach.

Losing her grandson Liam and seeing her daughter in distress brought about the worst anguish imaginable. However, she trusted in God to see her through. Liam Elijah Wesley will always be in her heart.

April E. Lemon
​​April E. Lemon is a native of Jacksonville FL.  She graduated from First Coast High School in 1998.  She continued on to further her education by attending Bethune-Cookman College (University) obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2003 and earning a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008.

April E. Lemon is a Financial Service Representative at a home based Credit Union in Jacksonville FL where she services members from ALL walks of life.  She is an 
active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. as well as a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville.  Community involvement is what she enjoys!

April is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters!  She enjoys spending quality time with her daughters by way of shopping, adventurous outings, movies, and having girls time.  She is a proud supporter of the Liam Lives Foundation, Inc., and will focus on helping build the foundation to support families enduring pregnancy loss and infant death while continuing Liam's legacy!

Treasurer
Machelle Williams
Miss Machelle Williams was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where she attended the Potter's House Christian Academy and later transferrered to Edward H. White Highschool where she graduated in 2009.

Miss Williams has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and was a mentor with Big Brother Big Sister of Northeast Florida and of the Jacksonville Chapter of M.A.D D.A.D.S.  She is currently  mentoring a young lady and has been for the last three years . She has a desire to inspire young ladies to be all they can be no matter what circumstance they face.

Miss Williams loves the Lord, and one scripture she keeps in mind is Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you ? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged , for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. "

Miss Williams' ultimate goal is to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and work for Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator.

She often refers to a quote by Og Mandino who said "Failure will never overtake me If my determination to succeed is strong enough."

Latoya S. Williams-Shelton, PA
Mrs. Williams-Shelton is the founder of the Law Office of Latoya S. Williams P.A. The firm and Mrs. Williams-Sheltong strive to “Provide competent legal representation with passion and understanding” to each and every client. The Firm handles Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury matters.

Mrs. Williams-Shelton grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from William Marion Raines High School in 2002. Upon graduating from high school she went on to attend The University of West Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2006. Latoya knew at a very young age that she had a passion for the law, children, and leadership. While studying for her undergraduate degree, she served as a Law Clerk for the University’s General Counsel and was recommended to serve as President of a Leadership Counsel formed by the University’s Director of Student Support Services. 

Latoya went on to attend law school at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. While attending law school she served as Treasurer and President of The Women’s Law Caucus, an extension of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and also served as a Guardian Ad Litem advocating for children. Latoya graduated and received her Juris Doctor in 2009.

Latoya began a solo practice in Jacksonville, Florida and continues to exhibit her passion for the law, children, and leadership. 

Latoya is a Member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and Daniel Webster Perkins Bar Association.

Sinadia Gailyard, MS RMHCl
Sinadia Gailyard is a Jacksonville, Florida native and graduated from William M. Raines high school with honors. Ms. Gailyard is the mother of two beautiful children, one daughter and one son. Ms. Gailyard obtained her B.B.A from Edward Waters College in 2012 then furthered her education at Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling in 2015. Currently, she is working towards an additional M.S. in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern university.
 
Sinadia currently works for HCA as a mental health therapist completing crisis evaluations. She also works for Tide’s Edge (Beaches Recovery) as a therapist for the detox/residential program.
 
She is currently working towards licensure as a Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc., Sigma Beta Delta , Psi Chi, and American Counselors Association.

She enjoys reading by hosting a book club each month, gourmet dining, and enjoys family outings with her children. Her passion is to help her community in any way she can!
